They are so terrible on defense they give themselves no shot. They would most likely foul out before halftime, and if you've ever played against women in basketball, you would know what i'm talking about.

My daughter's AAU team has played 2 different tournaments in the boys division and won them both without a loss. They are a 14u team that played in the boy's JV division. Not a single game was closer than 8 points.

Of course he could. He's 6'1" 250lbs, fast as Muhammad Ali with the stamina of an Olympic wrestler.

Lol, so you would just let a woman, or anyone for that matter flip you? Why would you do that? Some of us have extensive wrestling/boxing backgrounds. Some of us understand leverage, balance, footwork, etc.

None of them could beat the girl's 1/2 court press or the 1-3-1 man/zone. Turnover after turnover after turnover. In other words, they couldn't handle the girl's D.

are these 16 year old girls and 12 year old boys?
whatever your describing is obvious the boys are still little boys, b/c if they are the same age and losing to girls, then they need to quit playing basketball and go study or play video games or something kids that don't play sports do.

and no, i could not beat a featherweight in a boxing match.

. I would bet any money my high school basketball team could have beaten the WNBA all star team
You must have won the national title or played with LeBron. A decent high school team beating the WNBA All-Stars? I've played some games with UofM's basketball team which at the time had Katie Smith and Janel McCarville, they were abusing dudes. And those two are not Griner and Parker. Griner would probably dunk on you.

they've got one girl who can dunk and that gives them cred? jr. hs boys can jump out of the gym, didn't she dunk once in her last year of college and you would have thought it was a buzzer beating shot by MJ to win the NBA finals on ESPN

Im back in this thread, sigh. But first of all, what situation is at hand where I am fighting a female seriously. I could never imagine myself doing this. Also, she could kick my arse, Im not denying that. Im larger and much stronger than she is. So Im not worried about her judo kicks and flips and none of that mess. Im worried about 1 thing only, her kicking me in the balls. If she does that, which I imagine she would in a street fight than we all automatically lose. But, if she fought fair and square. I refuse to believe with my size and strength advantage that I would stand no chance against her.

Also just for reference, in high school, we had 2 state champion wrestlers. I wrestled for approximately 1 week before I said frick it this is boring. I wrestled the girl champ, I won, she was able to get me down 1 time to my surprise. But when I started getting serious I easily overpowered her. I faced the guys champ, I outweighed him by about 50 pounds. He beat me everytime in less than 20 seconds

15/16 year old boys. (Looked to be more 15 than 16)

13/14 year old girls. (More 14 than 13)

Height wise,at the posts, no significant advantage for the boys. (Girls reach full height earlier than boys.) Our post players were 5'10", 5'11", and two at 6'1". Boys were about the same except for one team that had a 6'5" post. Girls had a huge speed advantage at the post.

Boys had size and speed advantage at the guards and wings, but seemed determined to play half court offense and neglected the transition advantage.

The bigs for the boys got in foul trouble early without fail due to chasing on defense. All the boys looked like they had never seen the eurostep before and all of our guards have it down to a science.

To be fair, 6 of our ten have received letters of interest from colleges even though they are 8th graders.

are you talking about retarded ole miss frat guys that wanted to go play ball at the rec?
Griner would never dunk in any game involving men, and she'd have a hard time even getting the ball much less abusing dudes. she has a 9'2" standing reach and can barely dunk. She can barely get her feet a foot off the ground, and that's when no one is on her.

there is one sport on this earth, not counting football, that men and women are miles apart, and it's basketball. WOmen just aren't athletic enough to compete with athletic males, and basketball requires too much athleticism.

So you're saying a 14 year old girls AAU team beat a 16 year old boys AAU? And not only did they win a game they won the whole tournament?

Am I getting this right?
