Who are you to say what I smoke and what I don’t smoke??

Maybe Mr..Doge420 will decide that marijuana enforcement is inefficient use of tax dollars.

Absolutely. It’ll be legal in Louisiana soon as well
All the signs and advertising you see now is slowly gaslighting everyone so it won’t be such a big shock when it does happen.

Yes eventually it finally will be federally legal. It’ll first get reclassified out of Sched I. Moved to a different class. And that is significant. Even though it should not be scheduled at all.
I really thought Obama would do this but he chickened out. Not expecting Trump will, but hope I’m wrong.

It actually blows my mind that some people are anti-weed but get shite housed on alcohol twice a week

You would be surprised how many successful people partake of the devil's lettuce. They just keep it on the down low for obvious reasons.

Nah. They'll keep using it as an issue to drum up votes then never act on it

He said he was planning on doing that in the 2016 campaign but he never moved on it.

They’re reclassifying it to a Schedule 3. Most thought it would happen before the election, but still waiting.

How are you going to tax something that you could legally be allowed to grow in your own home?
I get taxed when I buy corn on the cob at the grocery store.
I can grow corn at home.

Is it still a problem to determine how long ago someone partook of Marijuana?
How do L.E. agents and the rest of the legal system sort out liability in those who use irresponsibly after it is fully legal, unless there is timeline-specific, accurate testing for car crashes, workplace accidents, etc.?
Not saying the FED gov. is always logical in resisting change, but if the above is not already worked out, perhaps business/ insurance issues are the real influence against total legalization?

It will probably happen at some point.
Posted on 1/4/25 at 8:42 am to FAT SEXY
It will eventually be decriminalized because our politicians look for any way to destroy the moral fabric of our country so that we end up dependent on them to survive. It seems like every state that has legalized it is slowly being eaten like locust. Just drive through states and you will see small towns that have vacant and dilapidated businesses, while the weed dispensary is brand new with a line.

Yes. We have no moral standards anymore so why even pretend.

Part of marijuana's problem right now is that it smells way stronger than it used to and almost to the point that it smells offensive.
I'm convinced the referendum failed in Florida because of a loose coalition of voters who didn't want to smell that shite in public all day.

I'm not asking if you agree with such things happening. Only wondering if you think it will and on what timeline.
Lots of dominoes have been falling.
Both Biden and Trump have said that they have considered de-scheduling it. I was really disappointed in Trump when he left office that he did not follow through on that. Hopefully he will do it this time.
But yes, someday it will. Probably before this century ends.

I live in Oklahoma where anyone with a medical card can grow up to 6 plants at a time. But most stoners are too lazy to do that.
My son had a grow license but he wasn't making any money. The Chinese are running mass grow operations here which made it impossible to compete.

I can testify to this. I live in rural Oklahoma where Walmart is my only option for grocery shopping. I've walked past some people and was almost knocked over by the smell. Like walking into a wall.
I don't get it. Gummies are the way to go. They cost a little more, but some much healthier than smoking.

Big Pharma is against it because they can't make money off it.
I'm convinced Big Pharma lobbying is the only reason the law has not yet been changed.
