It sounds to me like he needs a good arse whipping…

Thats kinda out of his range. I wonder if he drives or gets dropped off. I'd be curious to see what he drives if so. I go to that Walmart frequently and def keep on eye out. I encountered him outside Barnes and Noble Perkins Rowe about a year ago. He asked me to help him out and I said Hey you're Kevin! but he said no and told me another name. He walked off after I said no. Ten seconds and poof, he's quick

If I see him what should I say to frick with him? I thought about telling him a sob story to see how long he'd listen

He was on Alvin Dark, about a hundred yards off of Brightside. I lived in Sharlo in college and would worry about him any morning he wasn't out there

The only thing you can do when dealing with crazy is trump their crazy. My Uncle would ask an approaching beggar if they had a penny for his eye operation. He did this with a penny scrunched up in one of his eyes like a monocle.

Used to be homeless guys hanging out at a liquor store near me always asking for money for ‘food’. I’d ask what they really wanted and the ones that were truthful and told me beer I’d buy it for them. I’d let them pick and more often than not they’d just ask for a 22oz shitter beer. I’d tell them hell no I’ll just get you a couple of 40’s instead of something name brand. I could barely get out the door of the store and they’d basically be on hands and knees thanking me over and over. I’d hand them the 40’s and without fail they’d crack it open and proceed to chug it like I would a Gatorade after cutting the grass in 100 degree weather

That dude was legit.

I saw one at a gas station in Slidell who wanted change for a cup of coffee. He seemed legit and more importantly I only had about 35 cents on me anyway.

It turned out to be the exact amount he was short to buy the coffee.

Kevin has rotated through dope head beaters for years now. It’s always a shitty old sedan that looks like it’s been owned by a methhead.

He dresses in khakis, loafers and a polo shirt and tells people he’s in pharmaceutical sales, and that he lost his wallet. He doesn’t get aggressive with men, but when it’s a woman he’ll lean in really close while they’re pumping gas or loading groceries and try to block them from escaping to intimidate them into giving him money. If you say you don’t have any money he gives you his Venmo/Cashapp information.

My experience exactly.
