Draft, but I live in bible country so it isn't readily available. The local Chevron has the coldest beer in town which I then pour into a freezer kept mug.

I don't drink soda.
For beer, tap is the best.
What's best between cans and bottles depends. If you're going to drink it straight from the container, then bottles are slightly better because they have more head space, but the difference is tiny.
If you're going to pour it into a glass, which is preferable, then cans are better because modern liners assure that that no metal leeches into the beer anyway, and cans hold a more constant pressure and protect the beer from light.

Like my first roommate at LSU always said...I ain't paying more to drink beer out of a bottle.
