TLDR;
I set my cruise at exactly the speed limit or like 5 over....I have had too many damn speeding tickets so I police myself now...I have the shittiest luck and never get just warnings...it's just not worth it to speed anymore in my case...I WILL get caught..

I can't say I know someone who does this. I can say I don't know anyone in a Prius. They are the worst offenders.

In my experience, the most successful individuals I know are fairly calm and collected people who rarely, if ever, drive much over the speed limit.
Speeders are usually less educated, blue collar workers.

99% of mini van drivers need to be purged from society. they just make it way too difficult for normal motorists.

I only drive under the speed limit in certain towns where I know for a fact they will stop you for speeding if you're doing 1 or 2 mph over. And the only reason i'll do it is to account for the 1 or 2 mph their purposefully badly calibrated radar guns will add.

I must have been driving too slow ahead of a guy in a Corvette one day. He blew my doors off and cut back into the right lane just ahead of me and then brake checked me. And I mean checked me hard.
I drive a F-150. I don't think it would have worked out well for him if I didn't check up.
