I'm pretty sure I can't bring weapons to work, not that I would carry one anyway. I have a couple knives in my vehicle for when I go camping and I'll need them, but I have no need for a knife on a daily basis (when I'm away from home).

I had to throw away a pocket knife a couple years ago to get into a Saints game. I looked around at the crowd and asked the security guard "so, you're telling none of the people in this crowd have a pocket knife?"

That's part of what is wrong with this country.

A man should always have a knife in his pocket. Even my 11 year old carries one when he's not in school.

Are those still made/sold? My Dad and grandpaws carried one. Dads was sharpened down to a prison shank basically.

I had a little one as a kid.

To the OP? I do not carry one.

It should be common sense not to bring a knife to a Saints game or other major event like that or the Airport. Sucks but that's the way it is, and it's been that way for almost 15 years. The terrorists won.

No, there is no need unless it is work related.

Yeah, I keep forgetting when going to sporting events, but I haven't had mine taken away yet. They don't typically check everyone. Did have to ditch a small keychain pen-knife one time because I forgot to take it off before flying.

I usually carry a small one. Has come in handy very often. Just have to remember to leave it at home when flying or going to a big event w/ security.
