I'd like to think right at it, but it always boggles my mind what I see people spend money on who I know make much less than me.
Statistically we're in the top quartile of household earnings.
We drive 10 year old cars w no notes.
Cook at home and eat leftovers at least 6 nights a week.
Stash an average amount for retirement.
Have some cash in the bank of needed.
Bought a house well below median price w a 3% rate.
We do have a kid in daycare which is alot.
But after everything we're about breakeven each month. Which is not a complaint because we live comfortably, I just can't fathom what other people are doing with their money sometimes.

Well above - frick all those banks and creditors. They can all fight over nothing when I’m gone. Came into this world with nothing - leaving with less
Than nothing.
Than nothing.

stay below. Housing and auto expenses always extremely low ratios of our income compared to national standards. We spend a lot on travel though.
Home and cars are paid off.
Only expenses are day to day living with the occasional "project" on the house and grounds.
We too like to travel and that is certainly our largest single expense.

I make just over 6 figures. Wife quit her job as a teacher over the summer break to stay home with our 1.5 year old. She’s also 9 weeks pregnant. So she just didn’t want to go back.
No debt other than one vehicle note and student loans, though my loan will be forgiven in less than 2 years. We don’t buy new iPhones every year, we wear clothes until they need to be replaced, and don’t have a bunch of subscription services like most. Just Prime and Apple TV.
I drive a 7 year old truck with 150,000 miles that is paid for.
We cook all of our meals, take cost-effective vacations (beach and Appalachian mountains), and don’t try to keep up with the Joneses.
I’d say even without her teaching salary, we still live below our means, and just as happy if not more so than any millionaire I know.

I'm probably below because I am saving money in a 401k and a some invested stocks but I spend way more money traveling for concerts than i should. I don't buy a lot of things but I do go on lots of trips.

Below but still pretty good. I want to retire or at least slow down even more at 50 so saving and investing heavily while cutting back on wants.

Well below, savings and retirement investment accounts are getting filled up. I have emergency savings account and cash reserves; enough to cover mortgage and utilities for at least a year plus money for unplanned vehicle repairs. Between my fiancée and I we hardly subscribe to anything except Netflix, cook at home, no vehicle notes, no credit card debt, no student loans. Just two mortgages (down from 3 as of May).

Id day slightly below. I live like I want and save a little every month. Im almost 50 and have a nice nest egg built up. House is almost paid and is the only note I have.

I save 70% of my take home so I live well below my means.
Zero debt, no mortgage, no worthless bills.
