Do You Know Anyone/People Who Purposely Overreact?

For example, you go watch a game at someone's house and there are several people there.. One of them is someone who you can tell doesn't follow football much (that's not a problem, not everyone like football), but when something happens they get "worked up", but you can tell they are not really being authentic.
Anyone have similar experiences with certain people?
