It really is a shame how we work so hard for that paper only to throw it in a closet or completely forget where it is. Makes me wonder how many people get away with lying about a degree on their resumé

I never ask to see it or do anything to verify they have one. I hire people based more on how I think they will fit within our culture and what their references say about them.

I can teach someone to do the job. I’m looking for someone with the personality to lead and help me build my business.

My college and grad school diplomas are framed in my parents’ house.

I think my high school diploma is in a box in my closet in my parents’ house.

High school, college, or master’s?

I have none hanging. High school diploma essentially equates to toilet paper based on current “practices.” College is somewhere at my parents’ house. Master’s was achieved online, so I never felt any real connection to the document that arrived in the mail. It’s just in a box somewhere.

Need to get a new LSU one to frame since Scruffy’s younger brother got chocolate on it.

Is this Scruffy's little brother?

I took my post grad degree to get framed and it made wonder if I should just open up a picture framing business instead

I have them hanging up but nobody visits my room so it isn't like I am showing off.

GT was actual sheepskin, nice. U of MN was 8.5 x 11 kind of nice paper.
