I just think that the scale has to include youth as a factor, compared to the she of the person making the judgment call. The older you get, youth goes a long way. Someone needs to run her pic through AI and take out all the shite. I bet there's an attractive woman under all that mental illness.

No.
Instead I find it sad. That girl is probably naturally rather pretty. But she’s ruined herself. No man, at least no decent man, will want her for anything more than a temporary masturbatory tool to get off with for a brief time then discard when he’s tired of her. When time takes its toll, as it always does, and she is old and no longer desirable, she’ll find herself all alone, save her cats, which will most likely start eating her remains within a couple of days following her solitary and unnoticed death in some random apartment. A few friends will attend her funeral, some extended family perhaps, cousins, siblings, maybe a nephew or niece. But within a few years, she will be completely forgotten as though she never existed, a life wasted with the complete fixation on the self and pursuit of shallow titillation of the most temporary sort.
