Do you grab the handle to flush the urinal or toilet?

In public restrooms?
I use the bottom of my foot/shoe for the flush unless it's a tall urinal in which case I'm not flushing it.
Either way, I'm not grabbing the lever with my hand

I used to grab the handle then thought of all the people using their foot. Now I'll never touch a handle again without a paper towel.

I also do not grab the inside door handle with my hand when exiting. Carry extra paper towel with me or use shirt if needed.

I flush urinals with my elbow, I flush toilets with my knee, and I open the door with the paper towel with which I just dried my hands.

Foot to flush. Toilet paper in hand to open stall door. Paper towel to open door to leave bathroom.
And why the frick isn't there a law that all public restrooms have no touch sensors on flush, sink, and paper towel apparatus? And doors that open out ward when you are leaving the bathroom so you can just push them open with your foot????
This is a public health issue dammit.

hopefully there is a trash can by the door. If not, I chunk it at the closest one and hope I make it.

That's kinda nasty.
I use tissue as a barrier when flushing if possible, other times I just flush and wash my hands thoroughly with soap and water like a normal human being.

No way in hell.
I use my foot if possible. If I absolutely have to I will use my elbow.
