Do you ever feel like someone is watching you; even inside your home?

I have the weird feeling lately I am being followed, not sure by who or what, but something knows when I am home.

First, it began with work. I work from home since COVID, but recently my employer has managed to call me within 5mins of leaving the house. I thought maybe it is the work cell, so I began forwarding all calls to my personal cell to allow for the work cell to always stay home.

Second, items around the house are randomly flipped, esp in the flower bed. I pick them up in the morning to only find the item flipped over the next morning. Oddly it is areas where blind spots are on the security cameras. Some of the items I believe to be the wind, the ones verified by the security cameras.

Third, Nymeria, yes Nymeria seems to "perk-up" lately like someone is in another room or right outside the window. I don't believe in ghosts, but do think "life-energy" exists after you die, maybe it is some of this stuff. I feel them too, just can't see or hear them like Nymeria.

Forth, settings being changed on my HomeAssistant running on a server. Sometimes simple settings seem to be changed like light-bulb wake-up times, etc.

Fifth, USPS issues with frequency. Some days I have NO mail and other days the mail box is PACKED. I believe someone is taking my mail, xraying it, then placing it back into the mail box at a certain date during the week. I'm not certain of that day, but believe it to be a Wednesday or Thursday.

Sixth, people talking to me, random people in the store and gym, just coming up to me and striking a conversion. WTH do these ppl want? No one ever comes up to me for small talk, I'm really becoming nervous about this issue.

IDK I sound crazy, but am I looking into things too much?

Edt: Too much preworkout is the only thing I can see, nothing else changed with my diet. No new meds, nothing but my 40mg of Fluoxetine.

I believe wetworks are much further along than the public is aware.

Big Tech is abducting people to install sensors to record visuals, audio and local weather sensors with tramitters to send back data through a mesh network. The compromised individuals are not aware they have been made into walking data collectors.
