Agree. If you let them in deep enough it never really goes away but it does fade as you replace them with new people and new experiences.
There does exist a special breed of man and woman that can be over people in two minutes. These folks just use people (often unknowingly) to fill their empty space. The fact you asked means you aren’t one of these.
