I don't even need a spoon.

Surprising to me too. Keeping some for the odd sandwich or slice of pizza is whatever, but full dinners on paper plates is surprising on the scale people are saying.
I don't know why, but the plastic/Styrofoam cups and utensils outside of a party gets me much more.
I've only known one household in my entire life who used disposable drinking cups, and they were the most bizarre family ever. Strange enough that I wasn't allowed to go play over there much.

People who have a styrofoam cup all the time are all alcoholics

Honestly, I could be convinced to change my stance for that one instance. A stiff drink is always better in styrofoam.

If we have a sit-down dinner, the yes we use real plates. However, atleast 4 days a week were home late because of wrestling practice or conditioning so real plates don't get used often.

It doesn't, and I never implied it did. I was merely commenting on your enjoyment of pissing people off - for whatever reasons. There's a word for people who like to do that.

Youre acting like it.
Dont be so easily irritated and people will have less power over you

It's not working, Roger.
But you're not alone, there seem to be a lot of people who post on this board who get enjoyment from pissing people off.

sure it is. You keep coming back trying to defend people who are so easily irritated they should be trolled.

I use paper plates almost exclusively, and I don’t really care what anyone else thinks about it.
PS. I work for a paper mill and get Dixie plates
for free!

IMO it’s trashy as hell and extremely lazy.
I don't think it's trashy, its just a preference.
I don't even have paper plates at home, but I moved over the summer and haven't had a need to buy any yet so just haven't. But with only two people in my home at a time, its really not that difficult to rinse two plates and throw them in the dishwasher. I run it every other day or so with the coffee pot, bathroom cups, etc.

I'm not defending anybody, Roger, check your meds.
All I'm saying is that there's a word for people like you - and you seem to know exactly what it is.

I'll eat off a sturdy paper plate no problem, but I'll be damned if I use a plastic fork or spoon in my home.

It is indeed. I asked my wife what did we eat on when the kids were little? She said mostly plates but sometimes paper plates bc it was just easier. LOL...we eat off plates all the time now.
But regarding this thread, I thought we got a govt spending billions of our tax money on all kinds of wasteful things. And here we are talking about paper plates. LOL. The OT does not disappoint!
