Fast but thankfully my last vehicle was a Jeep and now I don't drive myself, I have a driver. So my driving record has been clean for quite a while now.

So far I have 25k miles of data. I don't have the spreadsheet Infront of me but IIRC the most efficient drive for me is to leave at 530 in the morning and set cruise to 75. Trip time is a little north of an hour and fuel mileage is between 46 and 55 mpg depending on the weather, AC use, and if I have a regen.
Dropping speed to 65-69 adds about 2-3 minutes to the drive and fuel mileage hangs between 52 and 58 mpg
Cruise at 60 puts me at about an hour 10 minutes and fuel economy is 56-59 mpg. I haven't broken 60mpg yet but I don't try this much. With fuel prices like they are it doesn't pay to drive this slow. It's dangerous when traffic speed is in the low to mid 70's.
Cruise above 75 doesn't get me there any faster, fuel mileage drops down to the low 40's, and I curse a lot more. I never go over 75 anymore. It isn't worth it in any way.

I haven't tracked it that throughly, but a cursory glance tells me the same thing.
2011 F250 6.7 and anything over 75, MPG drops way off.

Speed limit or below. No reason to speed here.

I drive the speed limit
It's there for a reason

I drive slow because it's easier for me to text.

You'd probably see the same trends as mine except slide the speeds down. Diesel trucks generally don't care about much and will hold pretty flat fuel economy numbers until you load them heavy or haul arse.
The problem is always traffic and red lights. They'll always equal out the slightly higher speed you got on the big slab.

Usually 10-15 over if conditions are good. If conditions are bad I drive more slowly than most.

I drive as fast as possible to save money on gas

Slow. I'm in no hurry. I always notice its the good old southern boys who hate rude Yankees that are the first ones to try to run your arse off the road. Always thought that was odd.

0-5 over in neighborhoods and about 10 over everywhere else

I just like to set my cruise control and well, cruise. But I am a very laid back kinda person.

I drive right around the speed limit if:
A) My trip is 50 miles (or so) or less
or
B) I'm not late (which I very rarely am)
or
C) It's not an emergency
If I'm going further than 50 miles, the additional miles made per hour will amount to a greater cumulative savings. I will then go about +5 to +7 mph over the posted speed limit. On a five hour trip this speeding equates to about a half hour saved.
I watch the traffic around me to make sure there are still a few vehicles passing me when I speed.

I like going 5 under in the left lane of the interstate.
You must be from Texas
God, I learned that very quickly since I've moved here. Holy shite, that pisses me off

I usually drive around the speed limit, 75 mph interstate I get in right lane and do 67 so I don't have to switch lanes much

I drive the speed limits, because I don't want to catch a cop on a bad day and I've had no accidents and no tickets for nearly a decade. Keeps that insurance cost reeeeeeeaaaaaalllllllll low. I don't know what the advantages are to driving 10+ over the limit while swerving in and out of lanes at every intersection - getting to your destination a minute or two quicker is that important?

And I think it's quite humorous that people that drive slower think that those of us driving faster are trying to get somewhere quicker or save time. Most of the time I'm passing because I just enjoy driving faster and hate getting stuck behind people going slower than that. So if you happen to pull up beside me at a stoplight after I passed you a half mile back that sense of self-satisfaction and smugness you're feeling is wasted on you; I'm not trying to get somewhere quicker than you, just trying to make sure I'm not stuck behind your slow arse on the way...

I drive like my Pops did. Mellow. Slow lane. Just above the speed limit and/or with the flow of traffic with a lot of space between me and other cars. My goal is to go out in a more dignified manner at age 92 than by dueling with some plant worker with a 92 IQ in a jacked-up truck in a test of tiny-dicks on 1-10.

Congrats on publicly admitting here that you are a tiny-dick.
