I don't drink every day or even every week, but when I do I tend to binge. Drinking is probably just pretty stupid.

I have a drink each night when I get home from work. Whiskey, Scotch, or Bourbon. Just depending on what I decide at the moment. Currently drinking(I stick to one of each type at a time).

During the summer I like a beer around 3:15 every day followed by sharing a half bottle of wine with my wife.
Friday and Saturday means a whole bottle each night if we’re together.

1-3 drinks a day depending on how they hit me. As long as I work out 5 times a week and don’t get too tired I do it daily
