For all you people freaking out, I love my family. Wife usually has a G&T or two.
My kids are grown. Youngest is 19 but he's home from college right now. Kid doesn't want to drink at all. Guess that's good.

one beer each weekday at 4:00, followed by one cocktail in the evening. One weekends, 2-3 more beers and maybe one more cocktail.

No, I just drink on Saturday..But I start around 2 and usually stop around 7..One after another. I drink Rum and Diet Coke w/ Lemon and I try to make them weak. At 7 I am pretty toasty but not black out.

I used to, I was married to a drunk who stressed me out so I usually just joined her. Felt like shite most mornings and all day until I could get a beer.
I got rid of her, stopped drinking (other than special occasions), kept working out and have lost 16 lbs.
Feel fantastic every morning, it's amazing the difference it makes.
