No. Earth has a naturally occurring system of chemical reactions that humans have no control over. Whether it be volcanic eruptions from chemical reactions under the surface, to grinding of fault lines rubbing against themselves, causing earthquakes. Snowmelt causing rivers to rise and flood, followed by ocean level rise. Nature doing nature things.
