I used to back in when i drove a truck. Now i have a car and parking is much easier. Back up camera takes any risk out of it.

Yes most of my work locations require it. Do it at home with the work truck because I dont feel like backing down my driveway in the mornings when it's dark.
Whenever I go to stores and stuff no. If I can pull into a parking spot from the other lane so it looks like I backed in, I will do that every time
