I'll almost always back in or pull through I'll hardly ever pull into a spot where I'd have to back out.

Always back in. I don't know why some people pull into spots.

I mean, you gotta back up one way or the other. Why is backing in right over backing out?

Advantage is I get to use my backup camera since pulling in I can’t see over my hood.

Straight spots, usually. Diagonal spots, no.

Its safer to back in so that way you can just pull out.

The pull through is king though. I'll always do that with my pickup.

Because when you are backing in you have full control of oncoming traffic and the best visibility as the cars are not blocking your view, unlike if you are having to back out of a spot

It's a hell of a lot easier to back my truck into a spot than to pull forward in it. For one thing, my camera has guidelines and I can put it perfectly spaced in between the lines in a parking spot.
