On the other side of a highway? Nope. For all I know, the dead guy could have been an a-hole.

I do pullover for ambulances and firetrucks.

Yes, I always pull over and stop until the last few cars with lights on pass by.

Did it today on Airline in Baton Rouge.....made the sign of the cross and prayed for the deceased......today woas my Grandmother's BDay...she would be 104 y/o, and I learned the practice from her....

My personal favorite was a funeral procession happening in front of Denham Springs High and the people just stopping kept an ambulance struck for like 4 minutes.

Grew up in New Orleans and that never happened. I didn't realize it was a thing until I began driving through rural LA regularly a few years ago.

No, I do not stop if I'm on the other side of the highway.
