Do y'all ever get grossed out by obese people eating unhealthy food?

I feel bad about it but every so often I see a huge person eating an extremely unhealthy meal and think to myself damn that is disgusting. Anyone else ever grossed out by this?

There’s a fat guy at work that comes back from his fat lunch everyday with a 44oz soda from whatever fast food joint he went to. It sucks to be in a meeting and watch him take big fat gulps out of it, then watch his neck fat shake all around when he talks.

I don't know about grossed out, but definitely scornful. Saw a morbidly obese 50 or 60 year old woman spreading something on a pop tart the other day. Pop tarts for breakfast isn't a great idea for that lady in the first place, but WTH do you spread on a pop tart that already has icing?
