Sugar is the leading cause of 90% of chronic disease worldwide. It kills more people than cigarettes and alchohol combined. The food industry doesnt care because the more sugar they put in food the better it tastes and the better it sells.
I've stopped eating all refined sugar, can't begin to explain how much better I feel

Yeah, that and the combination of them breathing so hard through their nose so loudly as they gorge their faces. It's so disturbing.

I'm fat and just had two beefy Frito burritos for lunch from taco bell. They were awesome and only cost 2 bucks. Oh yeah almost forgot.....

Picture this: A link of hot greasy boudin, a $3 bag of fresh gratons, and a 20oz Dr Pepper. That's breakfast.
You grossed out yet?
this sounds incredible, except for the Dr. Pepper. Almost everyone I know would eat this, the difference is normal ppl would eat it maybe once a week for breakfast and mix in healthier cereals, eggs, fruit, greek yogurt while obese ppl would mix in Poptarts, Mcdonalds, Reese's Puffs, pancakes, and french toast

I have a strong stomach but I could never watch that Mike and Molly show because they are just too fricking fat to look at for more than a few seconds.

Please go away. You provide nothing of substance to this place. You're an angry loser with a gym membership who does the keto diet or some other flavor of the year.
You get furious about people drinking diet cokes. What is wrong with you? Go take a hit off a joint and walk in the woods.
Settle down fatty. Grab a sugar filled coke and settle those nerves.

If they die sooner, it's cheaper for you.
You probably got hammered for this, but according to an article I read on the UK's NHS, this may be true, despite what most people believe. The gist was that smokers and the morbidly obese die much younger and often more suddenly than very healthy individuals that live into their 80s and 90s. By dying young, they avoid most end-of-life care, which is when most people utilize the vast majority of their healthcare services.
I know that taxpayers easily spent in the millions for my mom's parents (both lived into their 90s) while they were on Medicare. When you live to be that old, you inevitably develop major issues like cancer, heart disease, etc. My grandmother was hospitalized like 6 times for congestive heart failure alone. They both eventually lived through cancer as well.

I don't know about grossed out, but definitely scornful. Saw a morbidly obese 50 or 60 year old woman spreading something on a pop tart the other day. Pop tarts for breakfast isn't a great idea for that lady in the first place, but WTH do you spread on a pop tart that already has icing?
Grits on top of pop tarts is fiya

Make your case for how it isn't cheaper.
I'm fairly certain insurance companies have these sort of things figured out. They surely are not offering incentives for gym and other preventive measures for no reason....

I’m currently eating a quadruple bacon cheeseburger.
Come at me, bro!

I get grossed out by anyone eating unhealthy food, myself included.

That's not what we're comparing here.

I feel bad about it but every so often I see a huge person eating an extremely unhealthy meal and think to myself damn that is disgusting. Anyone else ever grossed out by this?
All the time. Its different if they actually put effort into not being a fat slob. The majority of them quit giving a shite 60 lbs ago and complain all the time. I don't feel bad for you if you don't help yourself.

It's just as bad seeing those fat mofos smoking cigarettes.

Well, it's a weekday/workday otherwise it would have been a cold beer.
