It's blatantly obvious that as a society that subsidizes Healthcare becomes more unhealthy costs go up.
I have provided links in the past, although the costs are hard to quantify due to other factors raising prices as well.
But you couldn't argue if you wouldn't just accept the overall argument which isn't debatable.

As I said in the part you didn't quote, experts have a hard time putting a number on it as there are other external factors, but they unanimously agree that bad health raises costs for everyone. The highest demagrahic of obese people are poor. Poor people are on Medicaid. Taxes pay medicaid. Not that complicated.
