I can just remember being in the car with a coworker and being asleep in the passenger seat and waking up to a horrible smell as we drove through. I had never heard that before then

Some people in Monroe are complaining that they can smell the landfills and want something to be done about it

Particularly folks in River Oaks

Sterlington is where people are moving White flight went west at first and made Calhoun boom. Now they are moving north and east to sterlington and Start. Never thought I would see all those nice houses in middle of old fields in Start and sterlington. Wish I had owned about 1000 acres there

I'm from down there. There's good trash and bad trashy. The Krewe of Janus Parade is good trashy.
