This country is becoming an embarrassment with how that hearing went and the left defending him. Time to do away with preemptive pardons.

Since, the vast percentage of actual scientists all around the world seem to concur on the virus jumping from animal to human in that Wuhan market, this just seems like playing on a popular conspiracy theory to get people riled up.

that such horseshite. Common sense told you not to get the vaccine if you were under 60 and had no comorbidities. And many people argued as much here. "Lemming" and "sheep" may be cliche terms, but they are apropos for the vaccine participants. I realize many people did it because they thought it was best and had good intentions, but it has always been unfathomable to me the amount of people who just blindly trusted a narrative that was so over-sold (to the point of being forced on us). That alone should have been one of the many warnings about the issue.

You had/have less chance of vaccine side effects than you did from covid side effects.
Yet people acted like the vaccine was worse than the disease.
Did it help? Sure. Was it worth it? Eh. Should it matter if someone decided to get it or not? No.
It was political signaling for anyone with strong feelings on getting one or not.

I had Covid. The only side effect I had was natural immunity!! Many of the vaccinated STILL GOT COVID. AND any side effects that may go with the vaccine itself.
Its not political for me. Its the simple fact that I didn't expose myself to a vaccine that was haphazardly approved.
All this revisionist history and whitewashing of the entire hysteria and ridiculously awful response to Covid is exactly what I figured would happen. Everyone who participated will run for cover now in an effort to not appear stupid. Or criminal. But the fact remains that the unvaccinated will never have to worry about any potential side effects from the vaccine.
The vaccinated do not have that luxury.

The few actual scientists that did not pinpoint Wuhan wet market just claimed that it was inconclusive.
For other explanations, you're usually left with facebook political influencers.

He was using government resources to try to win awards.

The fact that everyone gets to see his legacy burn to ashes in real time is one of the biggest punishments he could have possibly gotten.
