Do the majority of women have trouble letting things go?

I can’t tell you what I had for lunch yesterday but I can tell you exactly what was said, verbatim, when I had a major disagreement with someone.

Not proud of that but most women are the same. We forgive but we never forget.

I’m a forgiving person to a point (depending on what the issue is). And I have the best memory even so I store a lot for future use

Why don't you try to question that conditioning and break the cycle? You have freewill. Use it. People are lazy and just think they are on autopilot. The majority don't take the time to develop new thinking and emotional habits that help them transcend petty bullshite.
