I'm going to assume the OP is in high school or early college.

Lower your standards for now but don't stay there.

Use this time to set yourself up to be a baller. Get good grades, take hard classes, major in something lucrative, work your arse off in your 20s.

Then you will be a 30 year old with money and a steep upward trajectory.

You will have no problem applying what you have learned on the fat and ugly girls to the hot girls who are now interested in you.

Good friend of mine got back in the dating scene at 31. Slept around with a bunch of girls for about two months and then locked in a 24 year old girl that is way out of his league.
