They actually still do. As mentioned by a few others, the quality is very good.

A&F just isn’t nearly as popular as it was in the late 90s and early 00s. They also market to a slightly different demographic, and their brand strategy has changed since that weird dude with too much plastic surgery was ousted as ceo. Its not the exclusive brand it used to be.

You have to admit, for that time period circa (for me/my area) mid to late 90s they were marketing Uber geniuses with their catalog and imagery.

They changed demographic after the bankruptcy I think in the 70s maybe 80s. That said they still make quality clothes though more focused on casual wear than technical clothing. I really like their casual button-downs I got a couple last year with their moose logo on them for dirt cheap.

No because they are now grown and have to pay for their own clothes now.

Yes, I vaguely remember that brand along with a few others that my wife bought for her kids.

Yes they were. Even into early 00's they were still killing it.

Seriously, in the late 90s, early 2000s I use to rock A&F. I wasn't part of the jnco jean wearing group.. But wasn't really the frat type.. I was more of the hip hop/sporty with a sprinkle of alternative type. But when I went out and dressed dressy casual.. I leaned more towards the preppy type. So I went through a A&F phase.. but I never wore shirts that showed the brand name.. With that said, I think I did have a few hats and visors with AF on them.

Abercrombie and Fitch make the best beach men’s sandals for the price point. It’s a leather sandal and I’ve been wearing them for about 15 years. Each pair lasts about 2 years of heavy use.

Very very nice.

Was the kiosk outside it selling "A breadcrumb and fish" shirts? Terrible

Looks like one of those guys was from New Iberia.

They did but they catered to the teen fashion of that era instead of their original style which was timeless.
I just read an article where it said they are shifting from targeting teens to young adults. It might eventually make a comeback.

Huh. Didn't realize they were still high quality and not a teen store anymore. Might have to stop by one soon. It'll be a good nostalgia trip if nothing else. That moose was on almost everything in my closet back in the day.

It said they were moving away from logos on their clothing.
