That blueberry granola is probably the best thing I've ever had in an MRE

I used to like MREs. Then I had to live off of them for six weeks.

I have some peanut M&MS in my golf bag and some beef jerky.

Ready for Armageddon.

Don't get me wrong, I'd never want to live on those things for more than a few days. I'd be in a constant state of agonizing heartburn

Nope, I have guns and ammo packed (have pelican case in the back of the truck full of enough ammo to take on an infantry company). If the feces hits the round oscillating machine, I will bug out and take what I need from the weak soy boy liberals!

You have to consider what if the Corona Virus killed 10%+ of the population vs only .2 How would all of the supply chains be impacted?

Would grocery stores, truck drivers, factories, etc be shut down to the point where you can’t just “run to the store” for 4 months. What then?

Those little 2 lbs of ground chuck in the freezer and 12pack of bottled water is not going to carry you very far.

Prepping today is only for paranoid weirdos until the unthinkable happens.

Also, if I reach the point where I need more than a pistol to stay alive then I’d rather just die.

Where do you live? Asking so I know which way I need to drive and loot from!

Thanks for your input grasshopper, but for the record, I wouldn’t worry about the toilet paper aisle when the shite hits the fan because there’s no need for that when you don’t have anything to shite.

I had to eat so many in Iraq, I'd really have to be hungry to eat another.

Well that settles it. Jim Baker is into it, so it’s nonsense. Well Jim also eats food. Is eating food ridiculous too?

Why do you get so irrationally upset over someone making plans for an emergency?

I’m not going to argue against your ridiculous straw man. You’re out of your league boomer. Why don’t you have a nice glass of warm milk and take a nap.

I’m not upset at all. The idiots can do whatever they want...and I have the right to call them idiots while they do it

I'm genuinely curious as to why you think having a reserve of basic necessities is idiotic.

If it were just me, I’d probably have a couple extra cans of soup or bottles of water, but with 5 kids, I’m more “prepped” than most people I know. I have enough on hand for 30 days of normal rations 2000-2500 calories a day and could stretch out what I have to last 60.
