Trazadone was meant to be an anxiety med, but it sucks for that...so they kind of rebranded it as also a sleep aid.
If you’re having sleep issues due to anxiety issues, try exercising more or more vigorously. If that doesn’t work, look into getting on a new/different SSRI.

It helps me get to sleep but not stay asleep. That’s my biggest issue right now
