It sounds like my kids are a little older than your daughter but I would let feel guilty traveling without them. I feel like my kids were deprived of the kinds of trips that I took when I was a kid because the ex could not control her spending and vacation money was always scarce. I’m making up for lost time with them, though, and their college funds are very well funded.
In my free time, I’d much rather spend it on an outdoor activity with friends and I have no interest in chasing females. I’ve only been divorced 2 years and I’m older than most in this thread so that might change.

Try 62. I got divorced ten years ago. Still date when I feel like it and get some pretty decent looking women at that. However, after being married 27 years, I am not sure I could do that again. Not saying "never", but probability is low. The idea of not having to answer to someone else has been good. I enjoy the freedom too much.
