my current wife was 29 when we for married and I was 47. She was, and remains more mature than me

I generally don't date at work. I really don't have many mothers working for me. It's more about the area. The bayou is a bubble

Yeah but what about their friends? The customers aren't exactly known to to the best either

They don't bring many of their friends outside of their work circle. If they do they usually apply. We actually get a decent quality crowd. The problem lies in the young trashy kids or the real down the bayou folks that out on shoes and come to the big city. I'd say our clientele here is better than K had in Bossier or West Monroe

I was single in my 40's. I had a nice house with a pool near Sunset Blvd. I was semi-retired. I had money. I was like a kid in a candy shop.

It isn't all fun and games though. You have to learn how to spot crazy and how to manage the situation if one slips past your early screening process.

if you haven't lived a similar lifestyle, then you can't possibly understand.

a couple of points:

A. you are spot on. you have to be careful or you'll end up with multiple stalkers. ask me how i know.

B. the lifestyle seems like NIRVANA to these little college age kids who never get laid, but eventually it feels very hollow and i have no regrets getting remarried. at some point you need to dial it back and settle into a more normal lifestyle.

I'm sure the divorcee MILF market is a lot better in Atlanta or Nashville than it is in Baton Rouge or Alexandria.

Alexandria has some very attractive women as long as you like them trashy and don't mind when they bone your friend from time to time.

I didn't read the first 11 pages, but that is very true. I got divorced at 39. 5 years later, I'm still single. There are plenty of women out there and with the tools at our disposal like Match, Bumble, Tinder etc., it makes it pretty easy. I will admit that 5 years ago I was very lost, but a few friends showed me the ropes and I figured it out.

Tell your friend to have fun and don't get married.

Yes. You don't even need to have much money

I would imagine all you need is a little bit of game, and a pecker that works. That should be all you need.

Surprisingly enough Alexandria has more than it's fair share of women like this. And trust me , all it takes is to not be an a-hole and the panties hit the floor. Believe it, or not.........

This was absolutely true in the 90s. I know from personal experience.

Had the same experiences while divorced in my 40s, remarried in my 50s, don't miss dealing with the crazy.
