I'm in my late 40s and figure there's a decent chance that I'll be divorced by the time that I'm 55. I have a good job and am in decent shape. Will I have a shot at women in the 35-45 year old range, or will I have to settle for post menopausal broads?

Oh, I realize what they’re for. Its just a case of when I have the option, I would rather be with a woman for reasons other than purely sex. I’m probably older than you and likely thought the same as you in my younger years.

I'm 40 and my wife is 29.
We are as compatible as humanly possible. We've been together for 6 years.
The 40yo has to be "young at heart" where as the 20yo has to be "more mature than her age" but it is absolutely possible for them to have a successful relationship.

I was 38 when i got divorced and i had a career and money. Was smashing many women from 25-35. It was crazy how easy it was to get laid. It was easier than when I went through my first divorce at 30. Money, a stable career and confidence and you'll have hos in every zip code.

I'll be 40 in 2 weeks and I'm having the time of my life. Never married, have a 15 yr old son so child support is over in 3 yrs, own my house with a great job. 25-45 yr old women are easy to come by.

I'm only 27, but the amount of divorced/single parent females my age popping up is legitimately staggering.

The South isn't very progressive on sexual responsibility. They have kids early, get married because of it, get divorced because of it. Then they find out they do not have the skills or drive to begin a career. Thus, the only thing they have in their favor is vagina.

I wasn't even looking for a woman when I met my now wife, let alone a 19 year old one, but if you're going to fall in love you may as well fall in love with young and hot lol

Someone mentioned it earlier, but you tend not to have anything in common with someone that young. It's great for sex but not for life compatibility. Good for you for finding that though.

Truthfully when we started out, I know I was with her because damn she was hot, and I also know why she dated me I literally defended her from a man who was beating on her and that's what she needed. It developed into more and now we're one of the lucky couples.
