The bust videos shown at the conferences where they were speaking about this pretty much had young female cops sitting on the ground dressed as teens. When the guy who talked to them online approached them, other cops swooped in for the bust.
I have seen chat logs for some criminal busts that became related to some civil cases I've worked on
