I'm a skinny guy but I was 100% addicted to it. Drank 3-6 a day before lunchtime. I quit cold turkey on April 5th last year and there isnt a day that goes by that I don't crave it. I smelled it the other day getting one from a fountain machine for a friend and almost relapsed. The addiction is very real.

Cherry Coke Zero or Fresca are the two drinks that we usually keep stocked at home. Started replacing my afterwork beer with one of these to cut back on weekday drinking. Only problem is that now I'm a lightweight.

Diet Coke tastes horrible.
I have no idea why anyone would choose it over Coke Zero.

I can't drink Coke Zero it tastes too sugary. Same with any other Regular Soda/Zero Version.
I grew up drinking Diet as that was the only thing my family drank.

Diet Coke came out under the "New Coke" formula. Everyone hated New Coke but Diet Coke was the best diet drink at the time. Coke Zero is late to the party but is the best because it is the OG formula.

Keep cherry coke zero at the house. I drink about 3 a week.... but i am PUMPED coke released cherry vanilla coke zero last week. And cant wait to pick some up.

coke zero and pepsi one both taste like shite
regular diet coke and regular diet pepsi are 100x better tasting

McD's is entirely to inconsistent..
But, the Mexican coke made with pure sugar is the best tasting soft drink hands down and it mixes well with bourbon or rum .

Diet Coke has more caffeine. Typically why I drink it. Coke Zero tastes better.

Regular Coke and Coke Zero are too sweet for my taste. I used to hate Diet Coke years ago but I once gave up regular drinks for lent b/c I was pounding too many soft drinks for the afternoon caffeine. By the end of lent that year, I had acquired the taste for Diet Coke. That was before Coke Zero was a thing. I don't drink nearly the same amount of soft drinks now, but when I do, I drink Diet Coke or Diet Dr. Pepper.
It's not hard for your tastes to change over the years. In my college days, I drank more Crown Royal than I drank water. Now I'd have to force myself to drink it.
