Did this girl just fall into my lap? (no pics)

Ok a little back story.. Met this girl really cool chick.. Had a crush on her for about 6 months we always talk when were around each other with a little bit of flirting.. I can tell something is there.. Anyway I see her once maybe twice a week.. She works next door to me too.. The problem I'm running into is she has a 2 year old kid and that means a babies daddy.. Sunday night she comes to my buddies and says he took another job 2 hrs away and she's done so nows my chance.. My question is how I should go about it.. I'm 27 she is 22.. Never dealt with a kid before..

Stay away from chicks with kids unless you are ready to raise another man's child. Remember, this girl has already made some really poor decisions in her life, hopefully she learned from them.
