Did the ‘Opie with Jim Norton’ Radio Show Just End?

I loved listening to Opie and Anthony and tolerated Opie and Jimmy. Outside of those shows I have no need for XM.
Opie and Jim
This past weekend on Twitter, Gregg “Opie” Hughes, current host of Opie with Jim Norton and one half of former radio show The Opie and Anthony Show, sent out some cryptic tweets that seem to indicate that the show had broadcast its last episode without so much as a goodbye.
“Silly Matt, I don’t do that show anymore,” Opie tweeted in response to a fan, referring to the show he has hosted with Norton ever since Anthony Cumia was fired from SiriusXM in 2014. Shortly after this article was written, another tweet went up, clarifying slightly. “Don’t do that show anymore, so I guess they have the right to do whatever they want. Looking at my options and have no contract at this time” he wrote responding to another fan complaining about best of material airing during the show’s early a.m. time slot.

I quit listening when Ant left, but now that Opie is gone too I may start back up, for my love of Mr. Norton knows few bounds and without that sour, miserable Opie mucking up the works it'll probably be listenable again.

At least for the time being, it looks like Jimmy and Sam in the AM...aka Monster Rain and Semi - chocolate Rain.
I'd KILL for a Ron, Jimmy and Anthony show.

Thank God. Opie shite the bed bad on that one.
I stuck with Bennington until a month or so ago but I just can't take Gail anymore. Ron and his mini me couldn't be less entertaining.

You should just listen to channel 100. It's a lot better content and the originator to which O&A ripped off.

Screw Opie and his attempts at being vague and edgy. The dude didn't fight for Ant, probably pushed him out in reality and then tried to force out Jimmy and Ron and Fez. Opie is the bus driver and can't stand being in the shadows of Anthony, Little Jimmy, Ron and Fez, even Sam.

I've tried to listen to Opie and Anthony for years and found them bitter angry people who hated that Howard Stern was better. I just never found it good. Jim Norton isn't very funny at all and made the show worse. I've always tried to enjoy it but just can't last more than 10-15 min. I'll take a Howard rerun over that garbage.

Anthony was the best part of that show. Pour and Jim were good sidekicks, but he was the talent. If his podcast was easier to access I'd just listen to it everyday. I have switched to audiobooks since ant got fired.
