You need to be banned for trolling and/or charged with cruelty to a lawnmower.

If it doesn’t have a dipstick it would be virtually impossible to over fill. On lawnmowers without a dipstick you fill it up to the point of the oil running out of the hole where you put the oil in. That’s when it is full

I have a Toro 20371. It is just like that one. Personal Pace self propelled. I bought it about four years ago. It starts on the first pull every time. All i do is replace the oil, plug and air filter every year. Never had a problem with it. Sounds like you got a lemon
