Boy, he must think you're some kind of cuck, throwing a limb in your yard. What else does he throw in your yard? Beer cans? Grow a pair, but strap one on first.

First, ask them to remove it.

If they agree all dick moves avoiding and help them.

If they don't agree and the tree was on their property, call their insurance company and make a claim for your fence and its removal.

If they don't agree and the tree was on your property call the police. Get the report and go to small claims court. Sue them for the value of the tree, the damage to your fence, and the cost of its removal.

If they are going to drop trees on your property and walk away, then you are standing up for yourself. Not a dick-they are.

So is it a tree or frickings weeds? There is a big difference. A tree.. Is a tree.. Weeds are shite that grows in flower beds that makes it look shitty or trash grass stuff that grows in your yard.

They probably should have contacted you first to inform you what was going to be done, since is near your yard. That's how it works with me and my neighbors, but its always good to take advantage of a situation that makes you come off as if you are better than the petty stuff so go have a talk with them. Communicate. See what's going on. Just ask them "Look, when you cut down your tree/weeds, there is a good bit of it that fell in my yard. Do you have plans to do anything with what fell in my yard?".

Give them an opportunity to say "oh I am sorry about that. I am going to come get it out of there for you". If they don't then let them know you don't really appreciate them creating a mess in your yard, without mentioning before hand. Just say something like "next time, would you mind giving me a heads up before doing something like this again? I will do the same, but all of a sudden I have that mess in my yard and I don't know if you plan on doing something with it or you just assume I would pick it up or what".

Don't get into a pissing match with your neighbor because then you will end up dealing with petty bullshite..

I cut down 4 large limbs from a tree that was leaning over my neighbors fence on tuesday. Theyre still there. Is that justifed?
