Dick move or justified?

Apparently My neighbor cut down a tree/weed that is between our fences and it has all fallen into my yard. (8" gap between fences) I don't feel like cutting it up and putting it in the street. I think I'm just gonna toss it over the fence since They cut it down. Dick move or justified?

cut down a tree/weed
Big difference, IMO.
ETA - have you thought about actually walking over and talking to your neighbor about this? I have no clue what your relationship with your neighbors is like. Talking to them instead of starting a thread about it seems more proper to me. I'm sure y'all can solve the issue. I have faith in y'all.

It's a dick move but you are going to do it regardless of the OT opinion.

Sometimes dick moves are justified

Between your fences? You don't share a fence?

Throw it in his yard
Rent a tree shedder and shoot the clippings in his yard

Not a dick move to me. You cut it, you clean it.

Talk to them, would you rather they come in your yard and take it away unannounced?

Definitely walk over and talk to your neighbor first ... although agreed it was bad form to leave the tree in your yard.
But maybe it was some contractor and he doesn't even know?

This isnt even a question. They cut it down, they can move it.
And another thing, where do they get off cutting down the barrier between them and you? Like you want to see their house everytime you look that way. I always keep a healthy barrier of growth between me and the neighbors. Humans werent meant to live that close to one another.

You could just get rid of it yourself. It'll probably take about 5 minutes or less.

At least 30. Would take 2 minutes to push it back over the fence

It really is a dick move. I understand that you do not want to move it so leave it there until your testosterone builds up, then move it.
