WPC high risk zones don't yield good results, and in this case for a very populated area.

It isnt. it's an area in Plano that it incorporated/swallowed up at some point over the last 50-100 yrs ago

Two systems, moisture from Old Mexico and a cold/cool front from the north, which has stalled. Came thru Wichita Falls earlier. Wife was in Metroplex all day and said Hwy 287 was a mess
