If your house is anywhere near the beach it ain't losing value.
ETA I will say you're are somewhat correct about Silver Sands but that place has been going downhill for quite some time

Destin hasnt been the premier destination in a while, but it isn’t on the dramatic decline you describe imo. Definitely not that much worse than a year ago. I would say the change in culture is more pre/post Covid. Not sure what menu you are ordering from but I don’t remember oysters at Boshamps being under $2/. You sound like you have an agenda. Veil it better next time.

30a getting more traffic killed destin. Orange beach now feels nicer and classier than destin. It’s wild. If you would have said that in 1994 I would have called you a crazy SOB
