quote:

TUCKER, Ga. – As soon Eric Purdue saw the dusty, black nose and two tired, blue eyes looking up at him, he fell to his knees and began digging into the dirt with his bare hands. A dog had been buried… alive. “It's OK, baby. We're going to get you out. We'll get you out baby,” he said to her in a video, trying to comfort and reassure the fluffy brown, chow-mix, whom he named Lulu.

Whoever did that should be hung by the balls and shot with tazers until he chokes on his own vomit and dies.

Why did they wait a day to take the dog to the vet?

Thanks for ruining my Sunday. Fricking savages- I'd kill the guy that did that with my bare hands.

To prove my love for dogs I'll say something violent that I would do to the man responsible for harming the little pooch.

I'd light him on fire in front of his family and throw rocks at him.

No you wouldn't. Someone capable of burying a dog alive would kick your candy arse with zero remorse.

So you would go to prison for the rest of your life over a dog?

Never thought I'd be giving props to PETA. Screw whoever did that

No. I would turn a rabid pit bull loose on him and walk away.

What is the evidence that someone buried the dog as opposed to the dog doing something to get buried in mud? There is no discussion in the article. Or, did someone think the dog was dead and buried it?

It don't imagine that it is that easy to bury a dog alive.

My Aussie will hit a big mulch pile looking for snakes and go completely under it.

I think it's pretty clear this was intentional.

I don't think the dog could have "gotten buried in mud". The ground in the video was pretty level. and they either mention in the video or a different article that the ground had been packed in on top of the dog. The location near a trail is another clue. The way the dip was positioned looked intentional. Also, the dog was in or near an ant bed.

I hope someone wouldn't do this but I just don't believe it
