This guy speaks to people and tells his story. Some of the others came off as pompous asses, looking down their noses at everybody in the courtroom.

Because the prosecution has laid their entire case on the “knee”.

Prosecution doesn’t get to pick and choose ways Chauvin killed him. They have to pick one method and prove it.

I dont believe the case specifically needs a 'smoking knee' but the whole picture of homicide due to subdual and restraint. it seems like subdual and restraint now includes the very avoidable addition of a chemical asphyxiant. turn the car off, force him to the ground in a different direction etc.

Murder pretty much has to have a defined means of death or you can’t prove it was murder at all.

well the crowd was a code 4 from the police, they were controlled and with no difficulty. the officer across the street testified this. I dont think anyone is confused that car exhaust is bad.

His dumb arse climbed through the back seat and asked the cops if he could lay down.

Are you even watching this trial?

Yes. I'm sure they were thinking ahead to this testimony that would shift the blame from the knee.

sorry... do I need to go back and edit or will your correction be good enough?

Depends on if the prosecution calls AMS as a rebuttal witness.

No. But no one has proved this was manslaughter.

Just ruled a homicide at this point.

Have they proved it?

You can call it whatever the frick you want.

You’re the one that has to prove it.

Until you prove it it’s all noise

I wonder if the EMT's would have been able to save Floyd if they wouldn't have had to drive down the road to work on him ( due to their concern for their safety because of the crowd becoming hostile) and been able to work in him at the site.

I don't believe AMS has raised chemtrails as a possible contributing cause to Floyd's death.
