you said the defense expert 'not being able to tell the difference" doesnt meet beyond reasonable doubt.'

well this is the defense, and their witness was unable to differentiate something that would would help justify vs not justify DC's actions, seems important for the defense that a cop could justify their force vs not.

Did you like it when the prosecution asked if the resistance stopped when he was handcuffed and when the witness said No that he continued for a few minutes even after being restrained and the prosecution got so flustered they could only respond with " he did?" Didn't try to show tape to dispute it or nothing.

I found it meaningless as that same witness cant tell the difference in resisting and trying to breath.

This is a morbid question, but what would the betting odds be right now if there was a betting market for trial outcome?

I purely want to see Chauvin go free to see the riots again and this time hopefully all of the rioters get shot.

But that’s meaningless as well bc Floyd was complaining about breathing before he was ever restrained

This has been mentioned repeatedly in this thread. I haven't watched a minute of this trial and have just been following along in this thread. It's more than crystal clear almost everything you state comes laced and loaded with your bias. Everything you've said is meaningless because you view everything as whether it confirms your preconceived idea or not.

And that's why most of the testimony has gone over your head because you don't understand the context of the testimony.

You carelessly pick 1 small issue and harp on it like its a game changer while totally ignoring testimony that could , and has, led to reasonable doubt.

that is meaningful, it makes it more risky to use that force. A reasonable officer would consider increased danger and use the recovery position in accordance to their training.

you think its insignificant that the witness cant tell the difference in resisting and trying to breath, despite being called to testify on resistance to justify force?

You’re missing the point.

It doesn’t matter if the defensive witness testified the prosecutions case is “possible” because the prosecution didn’t prove their case.

The only thing Nelson is doing right now is trying to run up the score. Prosecution just blocked a field goal in garbage time.

You guys don't understand.

The riots of 2020 were a culmination of covid restrictions and pent up rage.

People are bored now and settled in.

If Chauvin walks, I will be able to count on my 2 hands the number of stores that would be targeted.

Do you think it's insignificant that the prosecution is basing their case that Chauvin should have stopped with the restraint after he was handcuffed and the witness said No that he continued for a few minutes even after being restrained therefore showing Chauvin followed procedure.

Thats a stupid take seeing as how at least 10 stores were targeted last night in the riots.
