From my understanding is that once it begins it doesn't stop because you stop fighting...even after they stop fighting the person continues to get worse.
you wouldnt expect them to stop with excited delirium until they suddenly die... GFs death was slow over several minutes, it looks much more like hypoxic struggle than ED.

I don't know if yall are seeing the press conference but the family of Daunte' is saying it was clear murder. Stuff will light up tonight in a big way.
I have it on Fox in the other room and listening to the people in the crowd bitching at the police chief

Here we go again... this is about to be bad. Sadly, people can’t follow the rules and think there shouldn’t be ramifications if they resist the police. Not saying death is the answer, but my goodness just do what they tell you and chances are you’ll be just fine.

You must have missed the part where they put him in the back of the squad car and he fought them until he went back outside the other side of the cop car.

I didn't want to go to jail either, but I shut the frick up and lived to see my day in court. I didn't fight back or shove fentanyl up my arse.

The State's two use of force experts disagreed with each other with the later one saying the other one was completely wrong and that reasonable people can't disagree at all.
Let's wait until we hear from the Defense's use of force expert(s) before making your decision.

That's the issue with her/it their mind was made up last May so facts now don't matter.

Is this the same use of force expert that already testified?

No, this is a Defense witness who actually does use of force training for police. The others were a law professor and a sergeant who reviewed police use of force cases for the LAPD.

This guy breaks it down step by step and actually comes across as a expert.

That’s not even the correct fallacy

The real world experience between this guy and the bearded professor yesterday is stark.
The professor yesterday can site protocol and stats all day but never knew what it was like to actually deal with a real person in the scenarios he describes.

Someone doesn't know what the word "strawman" means.
