38 witnesses and in my mind the state has proven GF died while in a legal police restraint that had he not had coronary disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, and been experiencing a drug overdose otherwise would have survived.

Yea, they had a motion this morning from the defense to not allow this additional use of force expert. The judge, clearly, ruled against that motion.
