cop should spend time in prison
So lets punish the cop because Floyd decided to get high, break multiple laws, fight against multiple police officers and ignore numerous commands while refusing to tell the cops multiple times what he was on. Floyd is the one that begged to be put on the ground. Chauvin followed the police manual on dealing with combative persons on drugs. But lets put a cop in prison to appease emotions.
The only way he should go to prison if its proved that he shoved the drugs dowm Floyds throat.

I don’t know the answer. But they do

quote:Here's a case of handcuffed suspect driving off in squad car in Kansas this Easter Sunday. (NY Post is link, also available on CNN and MSN website).
There are plenty of examples of handcuffed detainees hurting cops or other people.
Kinda defeats the idea of handcuffed detainees not being a threat. Guy drives off with his hands cuffed behind his back when officer stops to assist wreck scene on way to jail with suspect.
Be hilarious to see defense team enter this story into evidence to counter the sarcastic nitwit testimony.

We had a case in Columbia where the guy was handcuffed and in the back seat but was able to wiggle through the hole in the plexiglass and got in the front seat, put the cop car in drive and tried to run over the cop. He was shot and killed.

He observed him.
Guy was obviously lit up.

NO not maybe. The released cop cam audio 100% lets you hear George Floyd asking to be put on the ground instead of in the car. So there is no maybe.

Police are trained to observe and the pupils are a dead give away. This too has already been testified in court about Floyds pupils.

Multiple posters have stated Chauvin should go to jail even though Floyd OD.

WOW!!!!!!!!
Not sure why that would be a wow comment.
The person that should be tried for murder is Maurice Hall " George Floyds voice" that now refuses to testify because he was the drug dealer that Floyd got the fatal pills from.

Basing off of what has been presented in court so far yes but the trial is far from over. I'm trying to only go after the information in court not the liberal talking heads in the media nor the emotional followers. After all only facts should matter.

I am no fan of cops and think Chauvin is a POS and an example of what's wrong with police in this country.
I don't think he killed Floyd however, and the prosecution hasn't shown he did, so yes he should walk.
Being a dick isn't illegal.

You can hear the cops discussing Floyd being on something....they just didn't know what drugs he was on.
One officer even mentions PCP.

Chauvin should absolutely walk, but many of you are going to be very angry when he is found guilty. The only way he gets acquitted is if the liberal elite decide its in their best interest for the country to burn. Otherwise they will do everything legal and illegal to make sure he is found guilty.

Somebody called the cops re the counterfeit, right? So did that guy, who I honk was the store clerk who thought he seemed high, tell the cops he seemed high?

Chauvin should be acquitted based on what I’ve seen so far during the trial.
But I think the best he can hope for is a hung jury.

Agree with this. I think almost everyone is in agreement that DC acted professionally and within his training through 98% of the incident. Now did he probably kneel on him for approximately 2 minutes too long, yes. However, it’s hard to send someone to prison for following training and possibly holding the restraint for a fraction too long. He’s going to walk or maybe get a tiny charge and cities will burn.

I hope the jurors don’t get caught up in the hysteria of it and the pressure that a potential juror on the fence is on...
Voting guilty to vote guilty so as to not have to live with the notion that you did it just to not have the cities burn to the ground
