You haven’t presented any evidence to dispute this hypothesis. You can’t tell us with certainty what should happen every time someone with severe heart disease takes meth and fentanyl.
So therefore you can’t say BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT the chauvin killed Floyd. You can’t get it through your thick skull that you have the burden of proof.... and you have no proof.

He keeps harping on the fact “it’s possible” neck compression “contributed” but you don’t convict someone of murder for possible contributions.
There would have to be a direct causative connection established wherein prolonged neck compression was 51% responsible for Floyd’s death if I were on the jury, and so far evidence presented has made that a tough row to hoe.

I would love to see a scenario where AMS’s job was to restrain 6 foot 6 guys on meth and fentanyl all day and if one dies while it’s happening he would go to jail for life.

If it’s not ruled a homciide,why doesn’t it list another manner on there? Natural, accident, suicide, or undetermined?
